Your setup Crashes while playing Windows

GPU blocklist override is switched on

Has a workaround

LDV_VK_SKIP_BLOCKLIST is set on this PC. That forces Luduvo onto a graphics driver it knows is broken.

What you see

Someone followed the hint in the error message and switched the blocklist off.

Who's affected

Anyone who set the LDV_VK_SKIP_BLOCKLIST environment variable.

What to do

  1. Search Windows for "Edit environment variables for your account" and open it.
  2. Select LDV_VK_SKIP_BLOCKLIST in the top list, click Delete, then OK.
  3. Start Luduvo again. You'll most likely land on the Intel blocklist issue, which has no fix yet, but your PC won't be fighting a broken driver.

Don't bother with

  • Setting the override again.

Status
